Truly amazing people made this day even more incredible. The beautiful venues, the excellent catering, the fabulous coordination, and the absolutely amazing Bride and Groom along with their families and friends made this day unforgettable. They had a huge, wonderful wedding party who oh so graciously stood outside in some sweltering heat to get some incredible photos outside of the church and at one of my favorite places (The Craigmiles Mausoleum, which has an incredible ghost story attached to it – along with just being absolutely beautiful). Chris’s amazing Italian Family was a riot on the dance floor, I love weddings where culture is introduced in to the wedding and/or recpetion. Enjoy the enormous amount of photos, I just couldn’t narrow it down!

Getting Ready at the Taylor’s

Broad Street UMC is a stunningly beautiful church.

Mary Elizabeth’s dress was amazing. I love that she was creative and added the ribbon sash and cameo to it, it really made the dress hers.

Adding the sashes to the bridesmaids dresses was brilliant, really – the color just set them off perfectly. I love that she used ivory lace dresses – so beautiful.

A few Wedding day Bridal Portraits…

The Boys…

I love the differences in how people wait for the ceremony to start…

The Ceremony – Beautiful – I LOVE this church and I LOVE this couple!

Exiting the Church – Guests tossed Rose Petals.

Together. We only had about 15 minutes to photograph the beautiful couple together before they headed to their reception. We managed to get a lot of awesome photos in those 15 minutes, here are a few…

While I was photographing the family formals, the full wedding party, and the couple, Marc headed over to the reception site where he captured some amazing details and guests milling around waiting on the bride and groom to arrive. Here you can see how much work Ahmed Alshabibi put in to the reception – he did an amazing job!

And the beautiful couple arrives!

The first dance…

I thought this particular detail was just the sweetest – it’s a table filled with Mary Elizabeth & Chris’s parents and grandparents wedding photos!

On to the party!

I’m so in love with the images from their wedding. Thank you both for hiring me to photograph your wedding. Thanks to both my second photographer and my assistant that day for being the incredibly wonderful people they are. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more!

Congratulations Chris & Mary Elizabeth!
