Katie & Harley’s Grandview Wedding

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, the couple couldn’t have been better suited for each other, and weddings at Grandview on Lookout Mountain are always incredible. Katie and her father had a sweet and emotional first look on the landing at Grandview. I love when brides have a first look with their fathers, it’s always such a sweet moment. Afterward Katie and Harley did a first look in the courtyard at Grandview. The look on Harley’s face was absolutely priceless.

Dan the Cake Man from Cakemakers did a fabulous job on the cake as always, I didn’t get to try it but everyone assured me that it’s amazing and when I ran in to Dan earlier in the day he told me that he now does gluten free cakes! Not many people in Chattanooga do, so file that one away for future use! Blue Ivy Flowers did a gorgeous job on the flowers. It truly was a perfect day and a very special day as well. April 4, 2015 was a Blood Moon and a Lunar Eclipse which is one of the reasons they chose to have their wedding on that date.

Katie had some incredible custom Converse sneakers made with their wedding date on the back in their wedding colors, so fun and so perfect for the reception!

Following their gorgeous ceremony on the patio we headed to Rock City for some photos then back to Grandview for first dances, cake, and partying! Their wedding party and family was a blast to hang out with and it was a simply fabulous wedding day beautifully coordinated by Cheryl of Blissful Moments.
