JW & Elizabeth’s Wedding at Second Presbyterian Church and The Hunter Museum
JW & Elizabeth are one of the few couples who made me teary eyed just by telling me their love story. Thinking back to the day I photographed their engagement session I remember hearing how they’ve been together, pretty much, since they were kids. Some people really are lucky enough to find their one true love the first time around, I suppose. That makes me happy, truly happy.
Anyhow, after something like 8 years of being childhood sweethearts these two beautiful souls tied the knot last April. I cannot express how much I enjoyed spending this wonderful day with JW, Elizabeth, their families, and their friends. Truly an amazing group of people. I couldn’t have asked for two more wonderful families to spend that time with.
Things that still stick out in my mind about JW & Elizabeth’s wedding are the beautiful speech by JW’s sister, Beth, during the ceremony, the closeness and love between all of the families and the wedding party. JW & Elizabeth really, truly have amazing families – I still get a little teary eyed thinking about just how wonderful they really are. I have a genuine hope that I can give that kind of gift to my own children. I really enjoyed getting to know Elizabeth’s sister, Katherine, watching Elizabeth’s mother tear up the dance floor, and witnessing and the amazing connections they have with all of their family and friends. Oh, and let’s not forget the Broad Street Exit Band’s incredible performance! So many wonderful memories…
Congratulations, again, to the two of you – I’m excited to finally be able to blog your wedding! Thank you both for allowing me to capture your wedding day, it’s definitely one that I’ll never forget.
At Lulu’s Salon – these people rock my world. I LOVE Lulu’s! They do an incredible job with wedding hair – all the girls had their hair done there – so much fun! I love this image of Elizabeth and her Mom.
Check out the incredibly beautiful sisters!
